Disciplinary Actions April 14, 2008

Pursuant to Minnesota Statutes 326A.04, subdivision 11 (2006), the CPA certificates of persons who have failed to renew their certificates for a period of more than two years shall be automatically revoked. IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that Respondents’ CPA certificates in the State of Minnesota are automatically REVOKED pursuant to Minnesota Statutes 326A.04, subdivision 11 (2006). Respondents shall not in any manner practice or hold themselves out as certified public accountants in this state. The revocation shall take effect immediately. Respondents shall surrender their CPA certificates to the Board immediately. The CPA certificates shall be forwarded to the Board of Accountancy. If Respondents wish to seek reinstatement of Respondents’ CPA certificates, Respondents shall petition the Board pursuant to Minnesota Statutes 326A.09 (2006). The Board’s consideration of and action upon any petition for reinstatement will be governed by Minnesota Statutes 326A.09 (2006) and applicable Board rules. The terms of this order are adopted and implemented on this 14th day of April, 2008.
