| Kate Mooney, CPA, is a professor of accounting with Minnesota State University, St. Cloud. She has been a tenured professor since 1991, an associate professor from 1986 to 1991, and was department chair from 1997 to 2003. Ms. Mooney is a member of the Minnesota Society of Certified Public Accountants, and has served on its Board of Directors. She is also a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, and the American Accounting Association. Ms. Mooney is a member of the Board of Directors of Lutheran Social Service, and the St. Cloud State University Alumni Association, where she was president in 2001. She was a member of St. Cloud State University's College of Business Search Committee, treasurer of its Faculty Senate, and has received numerous faculty recognition awards. Ms. Mooney currently serves as the Board's Vice Chair. |

Mr. Vekich currently serves as the Board's Chair. |
